Villa Bexame

The villa is fully equipped with several distinguishing features. The villa is extremely spacious at over 2000sq ft with four bedrooms (one on the ground floor) is genuinely ideal for 2 - 8 persons.  We don't believe in sofa beds. You often hear Location... location.. location.  The villa sits above Kyrenia in a tranquil cul de sac with stunning views of the sea and mountains.  Kyrenia harbour is only 35 mins walk away.  The best restaurants, shops and activities are all in the locale with beaches just 10 minutes away. 

A  super family size private pool extends to the rear of the property with sunloungers cushions parasols and mini tables.  A range of unbreakable crockery & glasses are also provided for using around the pool area and there is a BBQ and table & chairs for dining Al fresco.  For the sportily inclined there is a Kettler table tennis table.

The Villa has full air conditoning and gas central heating supported by an automatic back up generator.  And the Villa is cavity wall insulated so you will be comfortable in all seasons.  Marble floors throughout, Crisp Egyptian cotton linen.

Patio doors lead out to the terrace and swimming pool. Mountain views. King size bed, white hand made enamelled double wardrobe, bed side table and dressing tables.  hair dryer, En- suite shower room.  Air conditioned and centrally heated.
